We are a young active practice. What makes us different from any other practice? Personal attention, an informal atmosphere, easy access and we are located in a health centre; with other ‘health facilities’ in one building. You can contact us for:

  • Physiotherapy
  • Parkinsonnet (Parkinson Network)
  • Learning baby massage
  • Training and advice

For an appointment for treatment/advice you can contact us by telephone (015-2564038), fill in the contactform on this website or you can visit the practice!


OUR HOUSE RULES

  • If you have an appointment, you do not sign up, but you can sit in the waiting room. Your physiotherapist will come to pick you up at the agreed time.
  • If your therapist does not show up within 15 minutes after the agreed time, you can contact us through the bell in the waiting room again.
  • Please return reading lecture when you leave the waiting room.
  • We are not responsible for loss or theft of your personal belongings. Always take them with you to the exercise room or treatment room.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the building.
  • Treatment takes place on referral from general practice or specialist. Since January 1, 2006, you can contact us for treatment without this reference
  • For personal hygiene we recommend to bring a towel on each visit.
  • Appointments can be cancelled; only more than 24 hours in advance (by phone). In the evenings and in weekends you can leave a message on the answering machine (015-2564038)
  • Missed appointments or not cancelled appointments are being charged to you. Your health insurer will not reimburse.
  • The number of treatments and the fare that is paid by your insurance varies by insurer. You are responsible for your treatment and the limitation of the fees. Please, check your own policy conditions!
  • We have made agreements with most health insurers on claiming digitally (to the insurer). For all other cases/insurers, there is a list of practice rates available (hanging on the wall) in the waiting room.
  • To smoothen the "intake", please bring your insurance card, card or policy with you on the first visit.
  • If you switch from on health insurer to another, please inform us directly/as soon as possible.
